This is a new feature of the Mental Health Book Club each month Sydney and Becky will pick an article each from the latest edition of Happiful Magazine to discuss on the podcast. This was originally done to thank Happiful for sponsoring Sydney to attend the Mental Health First Aid Course this July.

If you haven’t heard of Happiful Magazine before here is what they are trying to do:
