  1. I am a 60 years old woman. I am on my own.
I had my previous long term employment terminated after 24, years service.
I went through a 4 year period within that employment of being actively targeted by hirachy staff colluding to have me removed.
It has had a huge impact on my life. Especially in trusting that I will be emotionally safe in the workplace.
I have become suspicious & reactive in trying to keep myself from bullying gaslighting.
The results are crippling fear in any workplace.
There is a history of Mental health issues mainly anxiety.
I for many years feel as though I am just here to try & survive – especially in relationships – be they personal or work.
I am so very critical of myself – I now lack any confidence in the workplace ,- this effects my ability to concentrate/or learn new skills.
I am just about to trial for an Administrative position. I don’t think I will be able to handle rejection if I go through another termination
My body reacts to my thoughts of negativity/fear & then I become physically ill.
I want to hide away depression creeps in. I just feel helpless to look after myself
Addiction has also been a contributing factor for the same time frame approximately 7 years.
